Hey, my friend is unable to purchase presale tickets as her postcode wont work (she's from Sweden)and she was wondering if she could get them sent to my address then pick them up from me. I said sure but now im not so sure..

I'd assume its still 4 per household in pre-sale.
But if the money has come out of her account and youve got a confirmation e-mail i dont see why they wouldnt come
