Re-registered with same old photo as last 4 years on Sunday evening. Got almost immediate response saying they'd received it and that I should get registration number "within 24 working hours" (which I'm taking to mean three working days?)by separate mail. Good thing See are so efficient......

After the Reading & Leeds tickets fiasco - you'd think everyone would just dump See.

Its not really as simple as buying bigger servers. The servers they have are perfectly adequate for 99% of the transactions that are carried out in a year, unfortunately on the 2 days a year that Glastonbury & R&L tickets are sold the capacity is not enough, but you cant expect them to totally upgrade all their kit just to satisfy the 4 hours it takes to sell Glastonbury tickets.
Sending out the tickets late however is just plain stupid and pig headed, but I doubt we will see any improvement next year.
