What were the supplements that everyone was on about just before glastonbury that made you feel happier? I think people were on about that you could get them in holland and barret, but i can't think of the name, and have no idea what thread to look in.
Cheers.

What with people moaning about parking and ticket prices going up, isn't it comforting to know that most drugs haven't increased in price for years and years. Well the illegal ones anyhow.

probably 5htp it is said to boost serotonin levels. I would advise small doses though and it can make you feel a bit strange if taken with alcohol...
if you want something interesting from holland and barret try ZMA, its zinc, magnesium and vitB , supposed to be a sports nutrition supplement but gives you the most vivid, crazy and lifelike dreams ever...

Just make sure you check the label at H&B as sometimes the 5HTP comes with valerian which will knock you out what with that herb being a super sleep inducer. Its good shit though. Works a treat on addled brains.

So it's best to take them in the night and not morning then?

I was having a discussion the other day about how I love dreams but how I never have any for ages. Might be worth a look.

You don't dream in deep sleep, you dream in the rapid eye movement (REM) stage, which is much closer to light sleep. Although in order to reach the REM stage you do need to go through the deep sleep stage.

I don't know what it's like round your way, but we were paying £15 an eighth 10 years ago and are paying £25 now. In some areas people are paying £30.
