1. Arcade Fire
2. Phoenix
3. We Are Scientists
4. Klaxons (Pretty damn good I was smack bang in the middle after We Are Scientists and after seeing how many left I just thought no point so stayed. They blew me away and have no qualms about missing this Blink show which didn't seem like my kinda thing.)
5. The Libertines (Not as good as Wednesday)
6. The Cribs
7. LCD Soundsystem (Not awesome after Phoenix but still pretty decent)
8. The Futureheads
9. Biffy Clyro
10. The Gaslight Anthem
Lows:
1. Lostprophets (Rubbish at V in 08, thought give them one more try they were just awful)
2. Mystery Jets
3. Band of Horses (Not bad i'm a huge fan and expected a bit more)
Not a shabby weekend all in all. Arcade Fire I

Highs (in no particular order):
1. Goldheart Assembly. Stunning sound - they were first on in the NME tent on Sunday so a tiny crowd, but well worth getting up for.
2. Arcade Fire. Totally blew me away. Beautiful.
3. Weezer. I know very little about them and they held my attention for an hour. Really cracking set. 10/10.
4. Frank Turner. Packed tent and a nice singalong. Can't ask for much more.
5. General Fiasco. Went along not expecting much, actually they were pretty exciting.
6. Freelance Whales. Another new band I'd heard good things about. They had a lovely attitude and some beautiful harmonic sounds. And a squeezebox thing.
7. Gaslight Anthem. No nonsense Springsteen-esque rock. I think they appealed to the Hold Steady fan in me.
8. Klaxons. I had a right good dance to them in the tent last night. Seems like they've really developed as a live act. Must give the new stuff a proper listen.
9. We Are Scientists. Worth it for the banter alone.
(Sorry, I can only give you a top nine - there weren't any other bands that really stood out for me over the weekend. Lots of others I enjoyed though.)
As for the bottom:
1. Guns n Roses. Worst band I've seen at Reading by a mile. I'm surprised at the range of opinions on here about their set - guess it just goes to show what different tastes we all have!
I didn't see anything else that was offensively bad, to be honest.

i think it completely depends on how you look at it. i'm 20 and blink used to be my favourite band from the age of 13 to about 16. i went to my first reading in 2003 and saw blink. 7 years later i'm back watching them at reading re-living all my old favourite songs with my best friends getting drunk having a great time. that is what reading is all about so if you're trying to base blink's show on their songs and performance alone, you've got it all wrong

Yeah i understand the nostaligia side. Limp Bizkit were nostagia for me, but they all played well and did themselves proud. Blink really did not put on a good show. They are just not a headliner act.
