I didn't notice on the first night as I was closer to the stage for Faitless and Kasabian

But on the second night was just behind the second set of speakers, THEY WERE NOT TURNED ON !!!!

Obviously the sound check guys are in the grey tent centred in front of the second wave of speakers so had no idea.

Tried to recruit a few people in helping me out picking up plastic bottles off the floor and chucking them at the speakers to bring peoples attention to it, also spoke to event security around the bottom of one of the speaker towers who said they could also tell but had no means of communication with the sound guys

Had a great weekend but it was very dissapointing when i could hear the JJB/Nissan Juke over the top of the more acoustic Phonics and KOL tracks !

I'm glad someone else noticed that! I didn't realise the speakers weren't working as I was at the right side of the stage but I could hear David Guetta's bass over KOL which spoiled it as I felt I wanted to be at DG more!

I was in the pit for Kasabian so didn't notice anything!

Oh my God! Thought it was just me. Could hear people singing out of tune around me to Kasabian and I was stood next to sound desk. Surely they knew it wasnt loud enough.
