My guess is the first Sunday in October - but that's only a guess.

Last year they went on sale on Sunday 4th October, supporting Neil's guess, I've seen other sites also suggesting Sunday October 3rd this year.

Yes, the last couple of years it has been the first Sunday in October, so I would imagine it will be again.

My savings pot is currently at £120, pretty pleased with that. Have to buy 3 tickets, determined to have saved the money in time for the first date this year, having had to scrabble round at the last minute the last few years.

My savings pot is at £1.19 but in the pot there is also some red fluff, an oddly shaped button and a match stick.
Please Mr Eavis, take pity on me....

Hi guys, we're looking at doing Glasto for the first time in 2011 (been holding off for a few yrs & now glad friends have got the Glasto bug too!). Quick q in relation to ticket purchase day, is it correct that a deposit can be paid on the day then the remainder by a certain date afterwards? Cheers for any help!

About £50 deposit at the beginning of October and say the remaining £150 by the end February. You can't pay the balance in dribs and drabs though

Can't believe its nearly ticket day again already. Can't afford to lose even more hair again. Reckon it'll be a 'sold out in an hour' situation again.

Anyone else think it's going to be a bit of a nightmare getting tickets for next year after this years scorcher? I know a few people who went for the first time and have now told all their mates how good it was and they're now going too
