Why does it just say the opening times and then cut you off???
I know the opening times are 10am til 6pm Monday to Friday, why does she keep telling me!!!
Trying to get in touch with TicketLine is like trying to get in touch wih Bin Laden!

there must only be 2 people that work in their call centre haha.
ive just had a response e-mail off ticketline assuring me that all tickets will be recieved by early next week. and if they still havnt been recieved by then. ticketline will request the tracking numbers for each ticket to find out exactly where they are. so i am giving them untill monday afternoon to get my tickets to me before i chase them up again.

FINALLY got through.
The fella sounded like he was sucking on a bumble bee whilst talking in to a fan!
Anyway.... He said they should be here by tomorrow, even though when I tried to track it before it doesn't even say their despatched. He said if I don't recieve them tomorrow, call on Monday and they will give me a tracking number. Don't know why he never gave me it then.

Well... If I had just looked in the postbox, I would of seen they had been sitting there all lonely and cold. Got them!

Christ almighty! That's awful - surely they have to do something about it? Or the courier? Hope you get it sorted.

Heres the best bit.
Royal mail cant investigate cos they say ticketline need to speak to them because they're the account holder. Ticketline say it says delivered - not our problem, speak to royal mail.

I'm planning on popping to my local post office in a while - the owner is a good friend of mine - I'll ask for any inside inf she can give - don't suppose it'll help but you never know - do you know what type of delivery it was? What's the point of you having a tracking number if they won't speak to you about non-delivery? Really stressful for you.

Thanks. Apparently its secure delivery whatever that is. Basically when the postie delivers it he flags it as delivered. No signature or anything.
Why they dont send signature required I dont know. There'd be no argument then, would there?
So, and apologies to honest posties on here, if the postman nicks it theres bugger all I can do about it.

Just a thought - have you spoken to your credit card company? They may be liable to refund you so may step in and speak to Ticketline to get them to sort it out? They may just persuade TL that they need to sort it?

Gonna speak to them but I think I might be screwed because its less than £100....
And at best all I'm going to get is a refund....

OK have spoken to friend. First off she confirms that strictly speaking they should only speak to TL as the client. She says there are only two types of service - both of which need a signature. BUT she says they often scan the package as they get out of the car or something and then, if no-one is in, they should leave a card and the package be taken back to the sorting office. But - here's the important bit - the package will still be shown as being delivered even though it's been taken back to the sorting office. Are you sure you didn't miss a "sorry you were out" card? Anyway she reckons it could well be at your local sorting office so ring there as soon as you can - I don't know how long they'd keep it for. I think you should normally need the card to collect it but maybe the confirmation email and proof of your id (passport?) would be enough.
If that fails, I guess you'll have to go back to TL or even get professional advice - they shouldn't be able to just wash their hands of it.
And the credit card thing is a bit of a non-starter I guess as it's less than £100 - I remember now you saying you were only going on Sunday.
Fingers crossed that you find it at the sorting office!

There are Sunday tickets available at Seetickets NOW!!! But check sorting office first - and god knows what you do if they're not there - do you buy again and hope you can get a refund on the first lot or what......?!
