aha not so funny as everyone elses.. But friday night (well saturday morning) at about 5.30AM (im not even sure where i was) Big red rounded sort of tent thing, with really loud music..
Loads of people, most on there own just dancing strangely. And outside was a man who just fell down (on his own) and instead of getting back up, he started rolling away!

i dunno, it made me laugh, although possible it was yer description of that venue that really tickled me ;-)

the little girl was my daughter (age 10 good guess by the way!)luckily she was pretty transfixed by the fantastic drums to notice the fella.I noticed he was very well dressed with his trousers and shirt clearly ironed which made him all the more out of the place. He did seem to know all of the words though.
Holy crap what were the odds :S I think I know what you looked like actually me and my mates were the ones who were sitting down at the start! :P

Welsh bloke camped near us who was obsessed with the idea of scoring some "animal blood". Also, not crazy, but one of his mates really looked like Bill from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure/Bogus Journey.

Hmmmmmm, I've seen this posted a couple of times now ... please tell me this ISN'T true and it's just a figment of someone's drink/drug addled mind or something :o  I can think of plenty of good and several not-so-good reasons to climb flagpole-like structures.  Even more when under the influence of something or other ... but getting up (in all respects so to speak !) and knocking one out defo isn't one of them no matter what might have been consumed or who might be on the stage at the time

Have to say that rather worryingly I was stood pretty close to the flags during Gorillaz but very fortunately not *that* close just in case there actually is some element of truth here !  I'm fairly sure I did see some guy(s) climbing the poles at various times mind you, however, I'm pleased to say that I was some way behind them and they certainly weren't up there for long either ... so they're defo due a pretty low score on "rate my w@nk" if they really were enjoying Mr.Albarn a bit too much :P
