Hopefully
Arcade Fire - got a feeling they could be massive by next year with new album nearly out and headlining Reading/Leeds if they smash that headline slot which i am sure they will i think Glasto will be next
RATM - Very doubtfull unfortunately
REM - You never know
Probably
Kasabian
Eminem

Just seen somebody say Kate Bush - that would be truly unbelievable and epic

Kate Bush would get me in that field like no headliner has in many years... except Stevie Wonder this year, obviously.
I could personally die happy with a Pink Floyd kind of headliner too, although Roger Waters started to a nowhere near full field a few years ago on Sunday evening, despite going all Quadraphonic (but he finished to a very full field).

I never seem to be able to come up with anyone I would like to headline!
I could tell you who I wouldn't like (kasabian, coldplay, killers etc) but no inspiration for a good headliner next year.
Mind you I would never have thought of some of the good ones from recent years eg Jay Z, Springsteen, Stevie Wonder..
Sometimes you just have to trust in the Eavis'!

REM
DAVID GILMOUR
MARK KNOPFLER
Would also love to see Ryan Adams, Yusuf and Gregory Isaacs make an appearance. Not sure which stage though?
Suprised not to see Waterboys this year for the 40th.

Floyd/Waters/Gilmore or even Australian Pink Floyd.
The Who
A re-formed Eurythmics
And Ray Davies back again (my memorable moment from this year)

Remember Australian Pink Floyd on the Acoustic Stage (I think??) Can't remember which year but they were tremendous.
Ray Davies and The Who - yes any year be good for me.

There's only two acts in the world I'm remotely interested in seeing headline Glastonbury, Prince and Simon & Garfunkel. There's just nobody else bug enough that I like/enjoy/have any interest in. I've seen 1 headliner in 7 Glastonburys, simply cos my mate wanted to go. It's cool, just not my thing.
