It could happen, especially if maybe Florence & The Machine did a set on thursday night?
I'm seeing Dizzee and Shikari, i'm just dashing over to the NME tent as soon as his set is over and fighting my way through the crowd.

EDIT: The clashfinder says it's Crystal Castles after Dizzee so you can wander over after his set and get a good spot anyway.

Ah fair enough :) either way if you stay on the outskirts of the crowd and start walking as soon as he's finished, you shouldn't have much of a problem I reckon.

All you need is a man from Sunderland ;) muahahaha.

I'm a Yorkshireman and I hate people who walk slow. There's no need!

You need a man from Sunderland because two years ago my friend managed to pull one. He hung around with us two and was a master at wading through crowds without being rude, bit snake-like tbh. He even had the decency to make up for me being a 'third wheel' by buying me 5 pints in the arena, legend!

Us Mackem have indeed mastered the noble art of weaving(-though crowds)

Its quite funny actually at the end of every match at the SoL last year me and my mates would try and weave through the f**k off huge crowd every time. We got pretty good, introducing spins and whatnot..

There was really nothing wrong with her Fleetwood Mac cover. But i can't be bothered to argue that point.

I'd really rather not have her perform with Dizzee because first off the song they did together was shit, and You've Got The Love has been done to death by so many people this year... it's not even her song!!!

I just want Dizzee to be over and done with so i can see the Libs in all their glory and f**k off to the FR tent for a Atari and Ash :D

The idea is that she would do a set on Thursday night, and then cover with Dizzee on Friday? Meaning she couldn't do Reading on Saturday due to be at V Fest?

Ok yeh...

V is the week before.

It could happen, in '08 Pigeons played V then did a set at Leeds so i'm not ruling them out playing thursday night at leeds then making an apperance with dizzie.

Why? It'd make more sense to do it at Leeds because then she can nip onstage the next day and then travel to Reading, just to nip on again.
Anyway it probably won't happen!

Probably gonna end up watching Dizzee Rascal due to lack of alternatives and to get an alright spot for The Libertines. Really hope this doesn't happen. I've got nothing against Florence, but I can't stand her version of You've Got The Love.
