last year i SMASHED my right ankle and had been having physiotherapy all year in order to be ready for glasto this year .
this year on Friday my left knee POPPED out great ah know im having physio for both   .
did any one else do them selves some sort of an injury ????or am i just accident prone

Yeah, I damaged my hearing just before Glasto by standing too close to the speakers at gigs etc. Was in a bad way but got through with earplugs and a pair of crazy bright green ear defenders that I bought at the Festival. This paid off, but my hearing still hasn't recovered.

Yeah, wrecked my knee,  was very sore at Glasto ended up with walking stick,  then headed out friday night and "teeeear", ligaments torn so I'll be out of action for a while

You have my utmost sympathy.  In 2007 I yanked my (already quite broken) knee when I got stuck in the mud in the Circus field, so I know what you're going through.  Take it EEEEEEASY and don't try to do too much too soon!
