I have heard somewhere that the licence has been granted for the festival until 2016 making no mention of fallow in 2012!

I assume that this is incorrect but however if it is not that means a festival in 2012! (fingers crossed)

any info at all or is it going to be a fallow?

It's defo going fallow; the grass and wildlife need a break to recover properly. There's always the Olympics - not sure they have a brothers bar though

I thought I had read somewhere that 2012 will be the fallow year because of the infrastructure needed for the Olympic games. generators etc

It will just make 2011 and 2013 all the better so don't worry too much about it.

You can have a licence and not take advantage of it
