Simple question really. Before anyone shouts at me for wanting to take in such a thing then it is simply to signify the start of my flashmob wedding proposal (http://www.facebook....135530949796496), after that it won't get used!
Just don't want to get it taken off me on entering the site if i'm searched...

I wouldn't think so. Think it says something in the fine guide about them specifically but generally its an aerosol ultimately and don't think they are allowed for safety reasons.
You could try hiding it like you would any contraband and if they search you explain it's intended use.
If they still take it off you then at least you tried
Best of luck for Thursday! Will be there in full voice with all my crew!

Aerosols aren't allowed in?
I'm skanky enough by the Sunday without leaving the deodorant at home.

I really can't see what possible safety reason there could be for banning aerosols? What do they think people are going to do with them?
I've always taken them anyway, as do most people I would guess and nobody's stopped me.

No me neither - LEeds festival fair enough where people throw them on fires. Maybe it's the same reason glass isn't allowed? Why is that again? So we don't glass each other?

Don't know if they are or not, but they banned them at Reading because of idiots throwing them on fires.

There's nothing to say aerosols aren't allowed, so we don't all need to be stinky without our Sure... so airhorns are probably fine - bear in mind that not everyone will find them as amusing as you, and that they can be dangerous to hearing if they're let off too close to people's ears, though...

I stand corrected. Even checked the guide and no sign of it. In which case you should be fine!
(the last festy i went to was Reading so that is probably where i got that notion from )

re glass; well no, it's so after the fest there's not thousands of pieces of broken glass for the cows to eat/ step on. Fair enough I'd have thought?
