Just wondering how many thousands will be at the Pyramid to watch the game. Iv'e heard it was very busy in 2004 when we last played.

I remember the England v Portugal game, the Glastonbury crowd was the biggest amount of people anywhere in the world watching it. They showed us all at half time on the tv

the last game to be shown on the pyramid was on the thursday (i think) and was in the evening, so im sure that the crowd wont match that. However, going on the number of people in the campsite early on the wednesday last year, i would suspect that there will be a large number there. A total guess, but 40 thousand?

I'll be there. As it's on the bbc they'll show the Glasto crowd at half time for sure.

I thought ITV had all the group games? A friend who works at ITV told me this last weekend.... hang on, I've just checked and you're right, it's on BBC - everyone get ready to wave at half time!!
The Portugal game in 2004 was Thursday evening (my avatar is a pic of the crowd btw). I think the numbers will be similar this year - 60,000 they reckoned in 2004.
