fair play!
Just out of interest *cough* how many plants did you have (flowering/vegging/seedlings/clones) and what indications have you had about the likely outcome?
I've heard a lot of talk about less than 6 and you get a caution, etc, would be interesting to hear the perspective of someone who got knobbled.
PS...sorry to hear you are getting done for this, sucks when in my eyes we should ALL be allowed to grow.

Spindles, on 19 June 2010 - 03:08 PM, said:We had a few more than six but it seems the police gave up counting at 20 they were all cut down trimmed and drying.. but still very wet, we're getting expert witnesses because police weighed it at 2 kilos wet and valued at £12000, it loses about 75% of weight in drying process. Although if they kept it at room temperature in sealed plastic bags it'll be mush by now, it was a really tight bud thats prone to going a bit mouldy when the humidity got a bit high, shame really because mine was some of the best bud I've smoked if I do say so myselffair play!

CPS are trying to get us for commercial growing. no scales or no money found, we're going for personal between two of us for 3 months usage. It was grown in half of our small loft under 3 lights so not excactly a factory...
According to the book the magistrates have Less than 10 with low level dealing is maximum 12 week inside or community service.
1 or 2 is maximum community service up to 12 weeks. CPS lawyer at magistrates was willing to except the first one for us as long as we payed £85 costs but the magistrates adviser was avin none of that( fecking evil witch)
so off to crown court in August.
Probation service have recommended 180 hours of community service for me as it's my first offence at 39 years old. My other half hasn't been to see probation service yet.

Cheers for being so forthcoming, that is really useful to know. Good luck with getting your ticket and good luck with the judge
Look on the bright side, you might get gardening work for community service
Sorry to be nosey, but what got you caught? Heat, smell, noise?

one of the biggest giveaways is a sudden increase in the amount of electricity used - the electricity companies pass this info onto the police.

it is way way over priced. selling a ticket for more than you bought it for seems a bit harsh. The more i think about it, the less safe it seems actually.
They mustnt be that desperate to sell it if its so much. There MUST be a ticket out there somewhere with your name on it
