Does anyone remember at Elbow in 2008, a guy in the crowd who kept trying to get Guy Garvey's attention by shouting "Guy! Guy! Guy Garvey!" again and again? He did it for about half their set, at some points getting the people around him to help with "3... 2... 1... Guy!" shouts. And then, when Guy finally did look his way, he left!
I'm not bringing this up for any particular reason, I just remembered it and it made me smile. One of those random funny things that happen at Glastonbury. Anyone else remember this, or anything similar?

To be honest, I doubt that'd have made me smile. I'd be thinking "I wish this dick'ead would shut up".

Well he wasn't doing it the whole time; that would have been pretty annoying. It was mostly just in between songs. It was quite entertaining that he managed to complete his quest too.

My favourite was in 2008 at Fun Lovin' Criminals when a random guy in the crowd just starting playing a trumpet, I think he was looking for a battle but none came...was well funny though and definitely one of them things that sticks in your memory.
