I have a friend who's working there and she asked me to drive her down for her to inspect part of the site. We had to have an early car pass sticker to get in. Its valid up to saturday when there is a sweep of the festival to remove anyone without a wrist band as from that point onwards only those with tickets can stay.
I had intended to sneakily pop up my tent in Pennards ready and waiting but there wasn't any others anywhere and I had visions of my smug I'll-get-there-when-ever-i-want-my-tents-all-ready-up-ha-you-losers face dropping when I realised that it had been cleaned away with all the other crap before they opened.
Shall be in the queue along with everyone else............
it was a really top day although part of me now feels like i've sneaked a look at the presents under the tree. There was plenty of other stuff being built in the unfair ground etc but as its all new I thought it would be well, unfair, to post it when they've only half finished it and potentially spoil the surprise.
