Cheers for the reminder, had forgotten all about the fixtures tomorrow!
Goodbye and good luck Andy Dorman. You've almost single handedly kept us in the SPL the past two seasons and you'll be a massive lose. Thanks for everything.

Murray holdings have the majority shares although he is not the day to day chairman of the club.It is him personally as I understand it who took the club off the market and he may not have a public role but I suspect he calls the shots behind the scenes.

Well according to several newspapers today, Accies have taken Eddie Malone on trial for our pre-season. Now if the Imrie signing split the Accies support then I hate to think what some fans might do if/ when malone signs.
Personally, I wasnt sure about signing Imrie but his performances were nothing short of outstanding and he quickly won myself and about 99% of other Accies fans over. If Malone signs I wont be happy but like Imrie I'll give him a chance and cheer him on whenever he's wearing the real hoops. I fear his actions during the Ross McCabe incident will mean many Accies fans wont give him a chance though.

Not a fan of Malone and he definately was much more at fault in the McCabe incident than Imrie, but again as with Imrie, if the players and officials at Accies can forgive and forget then fair enough. I know Billy Reids been after him for a while. Personally I don't rate him, but hopefully he realises if he does get signed he'll have to go a long way to win the fans over just the same as Imrie did.

I thought it was a wind up when I first read it but he's a player Billy has tried to sign on numerous occassions and rates very highly. In all honesty I'm not happy about it but I can't give Imrie a chance and then not give Malone a chance.

Ross McCabe made a sliding tackle on Imrie and Imrie went to jump it but landed on McCabe's throat- cutting off his breathing and stopping his heart (read reports he actually died on the field 3 times). Obviously Imrie was upset so his teammates tried to cheer him up by telling him jokes and reasurring him it wasnt his fault. According to quite a few Accies fans at the game it seems Malone's idea of a joke was to wind up the Accies support & point and laugh at McCabe as 2 physios, club doctors and St Andrews ambulance staff desperately tried to save him.
A few fans still think Imrie ended McCabe's career but it was whilst up in hospital recovering that he discovered he had a heart condition that would have ended his career anyway & even could have killed him. McCabe accepted Imries appology but nothing was really made of the Malone incident
