Last day for me today - thought I'd have a bit of a break before Glasto, and to ensure I don't miss any more of the World Cup!
So - for the first time in my Glasto-attending life, I am not finishing work for the festival the day before we leave.
Everything is done, the boss is away all day, all I have to do now is chip away at the remaining 7 hours......
I think I'll watch South Africa v Uruguay in the pub tonight. And take it easy over the next 6 days. Lovely stuff.
Anyone else finishing today?

The thing is, I have absolutely nothing left to buy, with the exception of beer, and I've only delayed buying that because I know I'll drink it, especially with the football on every day.
So I literally have nothing left to do except pack!
Should be a relaxing few days.

So are you saying if you had lager in the house you wouldn't be able to resist drinking it? I knew all this real ale stuff was just a front
Just got to stumble through to Friday 5pm for me. Then it's off to Mablethorpe to drop the daughter off at the Grandparents and then party time

You trolling bastard.
I have no beer in the house at all. I had some ale over the weekend that was supposed to last the World Cup. It was finished on Monday night. Arse.
So I'm intended to buy some shitty lager for quantity over quality probably on Tuesday night to take down with me.
In the meantine, I can feed my ale fix down the local during the footy.

Dragged into work on my day off today for an all day frickin project meeting...not impressed.
Got to work Fri, Sat and Mon as well...leaves me little to no time to prepare (as I've done nothing yet due to constant bloody work:s)
Pretty p1ssed off with the whole situation right now. I had previously booked this time off but due to 'project delays' I've had to work pretty much all my booked time as well as several scheduled days off.

I think I might surf the internet at work's expense for the next couple of hours before flying out to Barcelona for Sonar.

I am finishing friday to do, hour before England game, so enough time to freshen up and get a couple of pints in me
I then got a busy saturday of attending my mate whose coming glasto with me's 21st birthday meal, and then heading back to good old london for my aunts 50th
Then I can sleep before glasto

Finished and all done by 0700 yesterday (15th) that's it now until 2nd July
Just enough time to run round packing, shopping and thinking "oh shit I've forgotten to buy...."
I'll be worn out by Tuesday!
Oh and need someone to look after the cats too!
