My ticket came today, but I also received a ticket I didn't order (along with that person's address).

I phoned See and they want me to pay for registered post back to See (they say they'll refund my card when received the cost).

Does this all sound about right?  Or should I post it direct to the person?  It seems they ordered a campervan ticket - this is not with the festival ticket though.

Obviously I want the right person to get their ticket but I can't get to teh post office until tomorrow and concerned this person won't get their ticket in time.

Don't do anything, this happened to me and someone came to collect it a few days later as i said something about it on here. If they know you've got it they will send someone.

I had the same, but with tickets for two people. I'm out of the DX/courier system - came to me via Royal Mail - so I just sent it by registered post myself to the main person it was supposed to go to. I found them on facebook first and just sent them a quick message to check thats what they wanted to do. They didn't get their car park ticket and they were arranging that directly with DX/See Tickets

I would normally leave it, but it's only next week.

As it hasn't got the campervan pass with it I think I will send it back to See tomorrow and trust they will refund the cost.

Send it to the person whos ticket it is, See will only f**k it up if you send it to them and the person might not get their ticket in time. Yes it may cost you a quid, but think of it as a good deed done

Sending it to the person it's meant to be going to is probably the best option. By the time it gets to See and by the time they send it out it will be very close to the start of the festival.

Alternatively if you do send it back to See please make sure that on top of the postage charge that they also reimburse you for your standard administration fee of £5.

We had this too - and we sent it back to See in the end. See are completely useless! I'd be cautious of sending it on to the ticket holder yourself, firstly cos they may have changed their address and not told See, and secondly cos it's worth a lot of money and it's technically not your responsibility. If you send it on and something goes wrong, it could cause problems for both you and the ticket holder. If the worst comes to the worst - the ticket holder can always collect it at the festival....

I'd try to get their phone number if they are in the book and see what they want you to do? Like others have said it's so close to the festival now and if they, like we are, are leaving early for Glasto it might not have to get back to see then back out to them?

I wouldn't send it to the address on the ticket, only because mine and my other halfs tickets both have our old addresses on them.  Having seen this I will definitely be changing my address next year

ultimately see dont want the original ticket holder to know about thier f**k up. I work for a company that has sent clients details to incorrect customers and beleive me its a hell of a lot more aggro for the company if the person who has recived someone elses info then sends it on to the correct person. so I'd suggest you try find saids persons contact number and check they live at the correct address and explain whats happened. give them the ticket and then let them raise hell for see.

See will never improve unless people complain against them.

Anyone else received the wrong tickets? I've not received mine at all.  After phoning DX and them admitting they hadn't delivered although I received an email saying they had, I organised a redelivery to my work address and a couple of days later also received an email saying they had delivered but I dind't get anything.  DX now claim to have delivered my tickets at my original address and first date.   They were signed for by someone I don't know and who definitely wasn't in my house!  The house door was black - mine is white.  See tried to tell me they couldn't be replaced as they'd been signed for.  Mad!!  Now they're raising a claim in DX and they'll have to request the tickets be reprinted!!!  But they can't guarantee that Glastonbury will allow it!!! WWWHHHAATTT!!!  This is stress I don't need.  This is my first Glastonbury and am looking forward to it.  Just back from 4th Isle of Wight Fest and pretty deflated.

So if you've got someone's tickets, it could be me and I'd love to know!!
