I've heard stories about some flushing toilets on site. Is this true or another urban myth?

If they do have them where are they?  And I don't want any 'next to the monorail station' type replies

Yes and I am not telling you there mine.......

Ok there are flushing toilets up nr the Farm and some more in hospitality area.

there maybe more but I don't bother with them to be honest. Long drops are fine.

On the Fine Guide map, it's the "TW" just north of Home Ground.

They're really not worth trecking to or queuing for. Long drops are just as good.

They do exist and they are near Worthy Farm  , I found em by accident one year after having
a wander after using the Nat West cash machines up there !

I also use the comfy crappers (prolly gonna get flamed for this) they are private & clean but will set u back about £1.50 a poo

so if you a bit squeamish like me...perfect!

£1.50 Sound like a bargain to me.  Where are the comfy crappers situated and do you usually have to queue?

A quick tip from previous experience: if you're squeamish about using skanky toilets keep a look out for the cleaning crews and use them straight after.  They suck everything out and give the portaloos a jetwash - good as new!

Couldn't disagree more. The "Porcelain Beauties" are heaven - if possible I let my sweet cheeks touch nothign else all weekend. They're about a 10 minute walk from Top Webbs Ash, where I camp and they're great.

Had a massive shock last year because they were moved slightly. For a few horrible minutes I thought they'd gone! New position seems to attract a few more people but they're well worth a short wait.

There are usually a few signs around them that say 'flushing toilets' and have an arrow poitning to them. Make a visit, you won't regret it.

Jesus.  Some people are so prissy.  You're only going for a piss and a shit which even on a bad day takes less than 10 minutes.  Surely for 10 minutes you can put up with a bit of stink?

I've been to the flushers to find, after a long queue, piss-soaked tissue stuck to the wall and the seat hanging off.

I've been to some of the long-drops and found them in pretty much perfect condition.
