My sis needs a car park ticket due to change of plans. A few weeks ago on here someone said you could buy on entry into car park but today I have seen this on the GF website:
If you're planning to come to this year's Festival by car, you will need a car park ticket.
Car park tickets are available to buy through Seetickets, priced at £15 (plus £1.50 postage) from 0844 412 4635. Please note, the last day to book car park tickets from Seetickets is Monday 14th June.
For full info on the various ways to get to the Festival, check out our Getting Here section.
So does anyone know if this means she must buy one in advance???
Thanks

Just order one now to be sure. Last year you could pay on the gate though.

Why do that when you could buy one off ebay for the bargain price of £49.99 (it has free postage, so that's a plus!).

Edited: Have a look at the sellers other items (Download, T in the park, Bestival and Latitude tickets - hmmm, wonder if they are a tout, or simply unable to attend all these events!

I have always bought them on the gate. They are not going to turn you away and miss out on another £15 now are they??

You could get them on the way in last year but the festival prefers folk to get then in advance so to minimise queing at the car park entrances

It also says on the blurb that comes with the tickets that you should put your car park sticker on your windscreen well in advance of reaching the site, as vehicles without stickers will be turned away. Make of that what you will.
