Old as he had other commitments with a North American Tour. However Visa issues have caused him to postpone that so he may still appear...

Someone asked Jim King the other day on the Q&A and JK confirmed that Mark Knights' slot had been filled so hopefully next year. (Although I'm sure if Mark Knight turned up he could squeeze him in.
)
