I've been trying to contact RN for months with regards to upgrading my ticket however I[ve had no response to emails or enquiries submitted by the web form on their site!

I purchased a standard ticket from Ticket Scotland but then found out that all my friends bought the VIP weekend ticket. Does anyone know if I will be able to upgrade this?

I've actually still got to collect my ticket from TS so hopefully this will make it easier to upgrade?

Any info would be great as I really don't want to be stuck camping by myself!

you can just go to the box office on site and upgrade before you go in and so should be very easy for you. have a great weekend. regards jim ps are you getting a bounce back message?

Sorry I just posted a duplicate question in your Q&A forum so please ignore!

Yes I got the bounce back message when using the site form but not when emailing info@rockness.... I'm on Gmail and checked the spam folder but couldn't see any response.

Just to say I tried contacting rockness through their site aswell weeks ago, got a bounce back but no reply.

yea i got a bounce back too without a reply

but the Rockness website is well improved from previous years.
