Radio 1 actually has some pretty good info about Glastonbury pretty much through the whole week.

Radio 1 until you can pick up the festival radio - pilton FM or whatever it's called

Yup, combination of Radio 1, Radio 5 Live for traffic reports until close enough for Worthy FM

87.7FM for Worthy FM, you will pick it up perhaps a couple of miles away from the site during the festival. Take a little radio with you for camping so you can listen too, they often have info on performances and stuff that's going on around the site.

Hey thanks Mandy! You're doing the advertising so that we don't have to! :-)

I can't stand anybody on Radio 1. Radio 2!! Radcliffe and Maconie, Chris Evans, Bob Harris, Mark Lamarr, Terry Wogan...

Yeah, I've always liked Chris Evans on the radio. I'm a wee bit disappointed they moved things about with him and Wogan though. Wogan always seemed quite soothing in the mornings and Chris Evans fitted the drivtime perfectly, I thought.

Radio 1 is O.K at 4am I find it get's excited when I'm on my way to Glasto listening to the weather forecast and all that. But all other times it's a pile of crap with shitty DJ's talking about bollocks and playing crap music. "Today I put the wrong cheese in the fridge, who else has put the wrong cheese in the fridge, text in and tell us your cheesy little accident". No one gives a crap. 6 Music all the way usually, but my dad has no D.A.B in his car so Radio 1 is fine on the way up to Glasto

Yeah, I'd love to have 6music in the car. I reckon it'll be mostly CD's for us, which I'll start making tonight. Combined with a few from last year for nostalgia.
