It's typical of See Tickets though, isn't it? I'm sure I remember them saying "We'll be getting all tickets our to customers by 2 weeks before the festival". Now it's all "you should receive them by 19th June".

unless they've changed the date of Glastonbury without telling me, 19th June IS NOT TWO BLOODY WEEKS BEFORE!

(I want my ticket)

Today is my third attempted delivery, no idea what happened on Wednesday and I was away when they first tried.  Only slightly nervous now...

Hopefully mine will be redelivered on Saturday. Bit of a pisser that I might have to wait in all day for them. There seemed to be no option to go and pick them up yourself from a depot.  Their redelivery web interface is a bit crap. You get no confirmation or anything, just have to hope for the best.

Here's hoping they turn up on Saturday!

to anybody who as not got there tickets yet. BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM OPEN THE LETTER AND CHECK ALL YOUR TICKETS ARE THERE. i got my tickets , but i ordered 2 car park passes , and they only sent 1 , and since i already signed for them , seetickets will not send me a replacement car pass . so everybody check before you sign

my tickets arrive a while ago so i'm fine

but what i don't understand is, and it's the same with the free RATM gig, since the tickets are all personalised & very dificult to tout why do they still leave it so long to send them out?!?!

could've easily been started immediately following the final resale surely?

Blimey, will definitely check mine when they arrive. Can you imagine signing for them and then opening the envelope to discover your festie ticket was missing?! sad.gif ohmy.gif

I made the person wait while I opened the envo, she kep't saying "If it's wrong there's nothing I can do anyway"

Surely the person delivering the tickets is not responsible for the contents? What do you do if there's something wrong?

Mines ok btw & I also have a spare car park ticket if anybody is lacking one :-

Excuse the plug, but some cash will definately go to Wateraid.

What I never ever get is why do these firms always try and deliver monday - friday from 9-5. Just the time when 90% of the country are at work. Surely it must be cheaper for them to deliver on an evening / weekend when there is a lot higher chance of people been in

You can refuse to sign for it, which will be your only recourse to See Tickets. Since they're saying that once you've signed for it it's no longer their responsibility, I'd rather piss of the DX person than risk not having a ticket!

It would help if the tracker didn't contradict itself!

Track my item Item Tracking Number ######## Delivery Status: We have attempted a delivery. Please rebook online or call 0844 371 3331 (Now out for delivery)

So do I need to call or are they out for redelivery?

Well, I'd ring them up.

My ticket just arrived and the bloke only wanted to see some ID, he didn't ask for my signature.

Then again, I've also just received two more tickets for RATM on Sunday, these ones without photos and saying "photo ID required".

From getting stressed about not getting my tickets I'm now up to my arse in them...

They're claiming they've delivered the tickets to my workplace.  Nobody has them, and nobody had my ID so they couldn't hand them over legitimately anyway.  WHY have they gone back to using that courier?  What's wrong with the simple system of posting them by Special Delivery, who leave a card if we're out, then we just go and collect them?

Slightly worried now.  Currently waiting on the phone to DX.
