From mine an mates experience, re-delivery is about 24 hours after request, quite good really...

My wife phoned me this morning while ive been at work to tell me they've arrived. I cant wait to finish work and get home to take a look at them. Its like unwrapping the best christmas present ever, but in June !

You'd wanna be careful. Safe places are the absolute worst places in my experience. I don't think I've ever succesfully managed to remember where my 'safe place' is!  

Mine arrived yesterday after an email last Friday. They're so very pretty.

I know it's fashionable to diss DX, but I had no problems with dealing with them.  I missed the delivery first time, so rang up for a redelivery.  The person I spoke to was great, arranged the redelivery, and wished me a great time at the festival.  The tickets arrived the next morning. Happy days!
With 150,000+ tickets to dish out, there will be the occasional snag, but it is in the minority.  Contrast this with 2007 when I didn't recieve my ticket until the Tuesday before the festival, I'd say there has been a vast improvement in the service from See and SMS/DX.

DX left me a failed delivery card, 2 follow up emails from See Tickets reminding me to get them redelivered, follow up letter from DX reminding me to get them redelivered. I phoned DX to arrange collection from their office (25 mins on hold on the phone), and they sent me a letter to confirm this.
Picked them up yesterday.

Yeh I know, I tried to add it but people were so eager to vote I was too slow. Of the 3 of us, one is in that situation, one has his ticket and I'm still awaiting DX to send them out. Seems about 50/50 between the haves and have nots right now.

Due tomorrow, 2 tickets + campervan ticket. Couldn't vote twice but nothing on separate batch of 5 tickets ordered same day within 10 minutes of 1st order.

I am still going by the theory that they are despatching in size of party, starting with singles!
