Hey y'all!!

Not long to go now until the big G!!  

I know that there are a lot of you planning on meeting up for the solstice pre-Glasto, but I was wondering if anyone was going to be in Glasto on Glasto-Eve this year?

I know that, what with the car parks opening early, a load of people are planning on going to the site on the Tuesday night.

Last year we had a mini Glasto-Eve meet in the Rifflemans on the Tuesday night and was wondering if anyone fancied doing this again this year?

If your interested give me a shout!!

For those of you that have never been to the Rifflemans there will be good beer, good cider, cheap food (£5 Bangers and Mash last year) and, hopefully, a few fellow efestivalers for some good company and chat to get us in the mood for the festival!!

Our boat over is on the Monday night so we have Tuesday to waste before the cv field opens. ... need food etc so a pre Glasto meet sounds mighty fine to me

mmm wondering where we can park the 7mtr camper van ... seems selfish to park it in a pub car park if space is a premium

7 MTRS!!!!!  The carpark is quite big but to be fair there isn't much room to manouevre (sp) something that size I wouldn't think!!  There are plenty of wee side roads around about the pub so you could probably park somewhere close by!

  How far is that from Glasto, not so good on distances between engerlandshire towns!!

Please do!  No set plans at the mo, I was just testing the water to see if anyone was going to be in Glasto or if everyone was going to sleep in their cars!!

I'll start a list and once we have a few folk we could iron out so "rough" timings etc!!

Keen on making it to Riflemans as it was one of my haunts in the 70s and great for a pint after coming down from the Tor. Staying in Somerton on Tuesday nght after flying over from Jersey.
