Just wondering what Shangri la is like in the day light. Crazy raves going off all day or just preparation for the night?

I walked through there early evening on the Friday and there wasn't a lot going on.  The little living room bar was open with a small group of people in, but the Slumbarave was closed and I didn't see anything much, just a couple of pole dancers practicing.

Obviously a lot emptier and not everything is open but there's enough to keep you happy and its actually a good time to go, meet the 'villagers' and have a good old natter with those you come across. Also helps you get your head around the place a bit better...which sometimes isn't such a good idea wink.gif

The courtyard pub is open if you can find it and if the backdoor is open.

There wasn't a great deal going on when I walked through on the Saturday but the graffiti and stuff was great to take a gander at. I'm looking forward to seeing it by night this year.
