Yeah, I assume it was the stupid talk about gingers in another thread. To be ignored.

What ???      They let gingers in?

My tip, at an age when I should be grey but luckily am not, is pace yourself.  It's not a competition to pack in as much as you can.  It's a week to chill and reflect.
You'll walk a huge amount so carry a fold up chair so you can sit and simply stop and watch the world go by (particularly useful if the ground is wet - not that it's going to rain this year).
I quite often enjoy going back to the tent for a mid afternoon nap so that I can keep going later into the night.
Red Bull can help a bit but just slowing down and taking things gently and steadily is probably best.

Not bad advice! Esp the afternoon nap/ pit stop. 24/7 arena can get a bit manic!

Healthy high elixirs at the Eartheart are excellent.

MIlk Thistle, Kola Nut, Damiana etc You just add them to the chai - which already has Maca in it.

There really is something about the area though. Even when i am in Glastonbury Town out of the festival i get a  natural feeling of well being. I was told it is something to do with astological lines!?!?

You only need to worry if they bite you.
