I understand our new government is passing a law decreeing that all welsh should carry a bell, in order that real people can cross the road to avoid the smell of gravy.

You have to understand that glastonbury is a very open, forgiving, friendly environment.  It is tolerated that people are openly welsh at the festival, with little judgement from others compared to other society.  Even the usually fetid smell of gravy is hidden, thankfully, by the overriding odour of human excrement and poppers.

If your son is approached by a welshman, tell him to fend them off with threats of "a hard days work" or "paying your council tax", they'll soon scurry off to the pub.
