Absolutely!
I'd much rather have gotten rid of the ex than have the free tickets though if i'm honest!!!
Download was nearly as amazing as last year. I have high hopes for next year when it's not all about one band!!

Boo at that news beki, the original team orange has shrunk a bit over the last few weeks, with Sarah and gang not going, you and yours, mark, Danny etc.. I think there's now only us, Laura, Andy, The Welsh crazies and Paul etc.. going.
I know what you mean about last year, my cousin had her purse pinched while she was sleeping and had a bit of trouble, I pre wanted everyone that this will happen with the oasis Crows but my friesnds all blamed lady Ga Ga fans.
We could tell with the Indie disco that there were some extra Burberry hanging about but they must have drank themslves silly and dispeared by the time Oasis destroyed their head line appearence.
Thats why it is probbaly quiet, everyone moving on

Lady GaGa was my fave of the weekend!!!! So I guess its all my fault V is going down the pan!! Sorry guys!
I tell you what though, the crowd for GaGa was NUTS! Honest to god, I'd seen Slipknot (at the front of 90,000 people) 2 months earlier and no word of a lie, the GaGa crowd was scarier! I was 3 rows from the barrier and I couldnt move, everytime I took a breath in I thought it would be my last as I had no room to breathe out again! A poor girl in front of me was trying to get out but everyone was squashing her so much she couldnt, I managed to throw her over my head and she crowd surfed to freedom in the end
Funniest moment was some girl trying to get in front of me. She was all "excuse me, excuse me" and I turned around and said "does it look like there is any room for you, let alone room for me to move?"

Like I said it is the Punk Ga Ga ans that are to blame for everything, teenage pregnancy, drug abuse the lot, I think, they should ban her from the radio

Nooooo! I love the GaGa! I've been singing Alejandro all day! What would I do if she was banned? I'd have nothing to sing!!

Foo Fighters are much better to get you through the day than Ga Ga
I mean I thought Poker Face was an instruction to jab her in the mush

And thanks by the way, I spent hours last night singing "Times like these". I actually annoyed myself in the end!!

Sorry her tunes drive me to distraction as I kind of do music as a sideline and all the kids want to learn stuff like that and I dispair...
Seriously though it doesn't have to be Foos you could branch out to TCV, Taylor Hawkins and Coat Tail Riders, Chris Shiflet or Probot lol

Oh dear, sounds like we could have a generation of Gagas ahead. Which is bad, cus Gaga is a one off. So clones are bad.
Anyways, my love of the Grohl has returned and I have mostly been listening to Stone Sour today cus of the tour news and what not. Im all excitable. Although listening to "bother" makes me cry now.

Theres not even one excited thread about flags and how we are going to find each other, is it because we all know where to find each other? or like I said Facebook?

The new format is a bit cack but its growing on me - hate all the ads though (always end up clicking at least one per day).
To be fair I don't think it'll translate into a boring festival - especially with the rowdy Camp Orange (sounds like someone trying to colour match their Dulux paint to Dale Winton). Will have to drop in on you (probably flying visit again) with the obligatory box of chocs.
Just think there is so much going on at the minute everyone is all forum'd out.
Besides most of the topics are the same old - oh I hate seeing people peeing, how much is a pint?, why aren't <insert band> playing?, how can I get <insert substance> past security? So I think people can't be bothered either.

i dont have a ticket yet so kinda hard to get excited. think i'm gonna have to go the ebay route as was too poor when tickets went on sale. Unless any of you guys know someone selling theirs?
Haven't been on the boards much recently as child no.2 is due any day so the better half has had me carpeting and decorating and suchlike
Anywho...
