GET READY FOR THE VIP TREATMENT AT ROCKNESS
This years RockNess festival is the biggest ever and for those that want to do it in style, we have announced some of the new bonuses that come with our VIP Ticket this year. This years VIP ticket provide huge value, enhancing your experience by adding those little touches that make a great weekend, even better. New to this year’s package are secure lockers and Powered Vanity Areas in the VIP camping for all your make up and hair needs – charge and power your hair strengtheners, curlers and dryers - while the Backstage VIP Area will now feature complimentary massages and mobile phone power stations.
These new features are on top of the luxuries already included in the VIP ticket including designated camping area with full flush toilets and hot showers and Front Row Camping – the coolest place to pitch your tent, offering the quickest way to get front of stage to see your favourite artist. Plus VIP’s get their own arena next to the main stage with a fully stocked bar, food and quality bathroom facilities so there are no queues for booze!

Does "Backstage VIP Area will now feature complimentary massages and mobile phone power stations." refer to artists??

Was an unexpected problem on their part. Some prick did that when he/she rammed a tshirt down a pipe and seemingly wasn't easy to repair quickly.

Yeah, I thought that's what it was! What's the point in paying extra for VIP tickets if you're gunna do that...?
I'm glad I still had a HUGE bottle of water so I could do my hair! Haha!

Aye, it's a pile of shite when a festival organiser is trying to cater for everybody.
Are comments like that really neccesary? Got a problem with the way Jim is dealing with things, post it in the Q&A which was your idea.

Are there lockers outside the VIP area? Or are they now only for the Very Ignorant Payers who wanted to cough up extra cash?

It would'nt be my cup of tea, I prefer my rightful place among all the commoners, having a proper camping weekend and getting down and dirty as you do at festivals.
That said, some people just can't be without cleanliness, showers and home comforts for that long. Bit soft if you ask me but each to their own, thats what festies are all about and if people are willing to pay V.I.P, then they must be "treated" as such.
Besides who in their right mind would want a nice refreshing massage and shower, when you could be in tatters, on a major comedown and treat yourself to a nice cold can of Strongbow for brekkie
