im a first timer at rockness..
just wondering how long the walk is from where the busses drop you off to front row camping?

Hard to gauge how far mate, but the walk's not as long as T in the Park anyway

If there are no ques you will be in the campsite within 10 minutes, really isn't big.

10 min walk, had too much stuff last year to carry so took longer than 10 min

you are off the bus & you can see the gate straight away, if you are front row you will be set up in no time at all

I think everyone has to face that the walk at the beginning of your festival weekend is never a fun experience...theres no point even talking about! Although saying that, in comparison to some of the other festivals I have been to, Rockness has been one of the shorter walks. Just think of that first cold pint you'll have when you are all set up!

It's a much simpler walk too, not like TITP where you're met with loads of junctions, various different steep slopes and weaving in and out of drunk people.
It's mostly just a long straight road.
