Hi

I am going on a well earned holiday next week to Somerset, and have a trip to Glastonbury to visit the festival site on my 'must do' list!!  :P

Obviously this is a working farm/s and i wouldn't want to upset anyone by being where i shouldn't be...sooooo were do you think i can park up and explore?!!

Thank you!  :P

I was up there at the weekend - some pics to follow, and have been there a few times now.

If you turn off at Pilton to the Farm (it is signposted) and then just park on the area that is usually the coach park (sort of a paved area the size of a football pitch!). We then walked from here through Wicket ground / Lime Kilm field to the next field then up to the Farm itself with a view of the pyramid.

Alternatively, there are "proper" footpaths accross the site....

To be honest I think they get used to it.....

There is a lot of work going on at the mo on site and it has been ramped up the last few days with increased security and more peeps onsite. The Super Fence is layed out and going up now, so TBF dont be surprised if you do meet a bit of resistance when looking to get onsite for a walk..........it gets more and more difficult from now until the fest to go for such walks.........good luck, enjoy and bring the camera!  :P
