I recall someone mentioning Mike Davis said he would be announcing the stage in a month. I put a note in my calendar and tonight is a month on from that date.
Has anyone heard anything else since?

I really hope your right! has been quite a while since the last announcement!

He said it would probably be announced towards the end of the month according to the official forums so I'm slightly skeptical. Hope you're right though, I'll be staying up I think!

i hope so!
are all the stages confirmed when lock-up is?
or is it just lock up confirmed then another time all the other stages come on?

Just lock up.

It would just be the lock up stage.
Nobody stay up to listen due to this thread though! I don't want that responsibility if it isn't announced! lol...
Heard it's Bad Religion and Glasjaw headlining, so not expecting too many surprises....

Well, Glassjaw are a Hevy festival exclusive so you're wrong on that one.
Don't think it is tonight either, read the lock up thread on the official forums.

That's good about Glassjaw, saw them in Manc and was disappointed. Glad they aren't playing, although know a few people who will be gutted.

I have forgotten. Don't they normally announce the Dance Arena too or not? I remember that they do at the same time, but i could be wrong.

I belive dance tent is anounced later. I recall the lockup stage taking all the space across the bottem of the poster tilll it gets bunched up to make space for the dance tent.
What time is the show?

2am lol.

I doubt Mike will announce the Dance Stage on the Lock Up show even if it is announced tonight.

The font of the smaller bands on the reading fest website have got smaller, to make room for the lock up ? ? ? ?

That's because all the bands are now clickable and their info page will come up.
Mike Davies put on his facebook it'll be the end of the month, probably 31st which'll be after Slam Dunk because there's a band playing there that would've had to have been Special Guests (Capdown presumably)
Bad Religion are headlining, well they're playing at least so I assume they'll headline.

Streetlight Manifesto to headline!!!!... I can dream right

I think next week at the earliest. And to be honest, it will probably be announced officially before the show. He'll just have all the sort of exclusive interviews and things on his show after the announcement.
