No - you didn't win.

You have been disqualified, for being too old to have an opinion that counts towards anything!!

:P

That's a big can of worms you could be opening there. Fortunately you opened it in the dubstep thread - and all the people who understand and appreciate dance music will look at the thread title and think 'oh, that's where the 13 year olds must be hanging out'  :P

Hahaha!!  Like you said - lucky i was cheeky enough to say it in here then!!

Although I myself do have approx 20 years on the average 13 year old also.  I understand and appreciate most (but not all) genres of dance music.

As I stated in my OP, dubstep is not a genre of dance music I listen to in everyday life, but I did catch some last year and found a better appreciation for it when experiences live and loud, rather than in a car or on the radio which is the only place I had heard it prior to Glasto 2009.

There's enough room as Glasti for all sorts of music, not just music you have respect for :-)

Is this like one of those competitions where you complete a sentence 'Dubstep at Glastonbury...'?

...shouldn't be allowed is my answer. What do i win?

No, you really don't win. at all

In fact you can join Noel Gallagher, who hasn't done anything exciting in years, with stupid comments about music

Dubstep is a truly British music genre, it may not have been around that long, but still it has out in its effort like any other dance-based genre and judging by the line up of the glasto at the dance village, there are going to be some amazing sets this year

so please cool phil, your nothing but uncool by saying stupid comments like that

looking forward to u2, muse and real ale?

If you really like your dub step, then please don't go see chase and status, they are to dub step what blink 182 is to punk

but there are some awesome dj sets to be enjoyed this year at glasto, if your looking for some top notch dub step
From your point of view, who would you say are the must see dubstep sets for 2010?
