You were simply too bone idle to make a measly phone call, using a number posted in this very thread. You were hoping someone else would do what you simply cannot be bothered to do.
I imagine it is this attitude that is the reason why you friend doesnt have a ticket in the first place.
Why dont you help other people out by making the call yourself and letting everyone know the latest information?
I would hazard a guess that you live at home with your parents. No doubt mummy cooks your meals, washes your rancid undercrackers and probably still gives you a hand out of money every now and then too.
Well I'm sorry pal, but real life isnt like that. In the real world you have to take responsibility and do things for yourself. People arent always going to be there to cater to your every whim.
I suggest you unclamp your lips from mummys tit, pick up the phone and ask seetickets for an update, then write your findings here.
For once in your life stop TAKING and start GIVING.
Sheesh.
And there it is!
Classic!

I could rip apart every single sentence of that f**kwit's last post, line for line. But why bother? It's more than obvious he likes causing trouble. Shame so many of you seem to think that's alright and encourage him.

Haha, lightens up these boards though dont you think?
(pretty sure you can't rip apart a virtual sentence...that would be a sight for sure)!

Thing is most of russy's posts are perfectly normal and nice and he is very helpful with new music etc and it's thanks to him banging on about them that I've got very into the flaming lips.
He just ritually abuses people every so often, sometimes to people who don't deserve it but it's fairly random just as when he first came on these boards a few years ago he complained that people weren't nice to him.
But very often, not always, he's usually saying what other people are thinking, albeit in a slightly more graphic way.

Try not to take it so seriously mate - it's only a forum after all. And I don't mean to sound patronising when I say that. With all due respect to russy - he's sort of like the guy you see in the corner of the local pub - downright objectionable, unfriendly towards many people and says what he thinks, but deep, deep, deep, deep down he's a good lad!
But he's alright - a good sort really - even if he does overstep the line like a blind long jumper. At the end of the day, his sarky dismissive insults aren't his sole contributions to the boards. Check out his posts on the thread about the Flaming Lips for example - some very useful info.
Peace. X

Actually mate, that gives him no excuse to abuse people. Anyone who feels they have that right is far from a good lad in my book.
If this was a guy in the pub as you say, there is a bloody good chance someone would have decked him.

Understandable Rufus, and no, it doesn't excuse him. I never said it does - I just think I've become hardened to many a poster these boards since I started in discussions where things get a lot more heated.
What I meant was that whereas russy does tend to 'fly off the handle' every so often, he also posts a lot of informative stuff. I am able to differentiate between the two, and I'm used to him now. But I'm not saying everyone else should act the same as I do.
Just trying to keep the peace.
Love you all. Even ampersand. X

actually, I was pointing out that this fellow could quite easily have phoned seetickets himself with a number provided in this very thread.
Hardly abuse is it?
As for going around "decking" people. Is this your answer to things? How quaint. Not to mention laughable. Threatening violence on the internet is the most cringeworthy behaviour imaginable.

You don't call all your "hilarious" assumptions about my life abuse? What do you call it then? I've helped people out on here in the past a fair bit, for your information. The point of a forum like this is you help people where you can, and that also allows you to ask if people who can get info you can't questions. You asked people for recommendations on The Bees a while back, did I ask you to get off your lazy arse, go on Spotify, buy an album etc etc? No I didn't.
And he didn't threaten violence did he? He was pointing out the obvious, people that act like you act on here tend to get smacked one day, rightly or wrongly. Grow up.
