For the record, I was asking if Neil or anyone has been alerted to an official announcement from either Glastonbury or See. If See have been giving out vague info over the phone, me, my friend or even a troublemaking arsehole such as yourself isn't going to find out anything new.

You picked the wrong person to start an arguement with.

Steady on lads, stick to the topic :P

I can only assume that they will take stock after the 7th, i.e. this Friday, in terms of how many more cancellations there are and whether they will absorb them into their press/staff/vip quota or resell again. I'd assume based on anecdotal evidence that they'd have to resell some, though in what form it's not clear.

Worth noting that there don't appear to have been any trickling out this year (unless anyone here can advise otherwise?). So the question is if cancellation deadline is May 7th (presumably close of play) then is that enough time (Saturday) for them to organise themselves and/or make a decision?

Basically we all know that there is at least one further resale every year and has been for ages. It may or may not be the 9th but i'd be shocked if there isn't one at all.
Just stay alert and good luck people.

Russy does not give a f**k who he picks a fight with.............and many would say he is the wrong person to keep fighting with

His comment may be harsh but he usually is harsh...........and TBF your post did come across as lazy until you clarified it!

So because his comments are usually harsh I should let him talk to me like that? I don't think so.

Most who know of his postings of times gone past take them with a pinch (more like a bucket) of salt........

You have every right to get upset but TBH I would not waste your energy........

Come on fella, this is a forum, people type in ways they normally wouldn't speak, and sarcasm doesn't translate terribly well into text. Getting wound up isn't good for your health.

I do try to convey myself over as I would in real life. It is often scary for people when they meet me and do realise that I am, in real life, a big fat, crass, annoying, offensive bastard :P

It closed before April didn't it?

As to resales. I don't recall there been a public announcement as such, and from experience in past years they have been filtered out on the quiet. Is it worth a big announcement for a small number of tickets? No idea how many there would be as the situation is entirley different to the cancellation of deposits in Feb. Can't see it been a massive amount (1000?)

No you werent. That is quite clearly a lie.

You were simply too bone idle to make a measly phone call, using a number posted in this very thread. You were hoping someone else would do what you simply cannot be bothered to do.

I imagine it is this attitude that is the reason why you friend doesnt have a ticket in the first place.

Why dont you help other people out by making the call yourself and letting everyone know the latest information?

I would hazard a guess that you live at home with your parents. No doubt mummy cooks your meals, washes your rancid undercrackers and probably still gives you a hand out of money every now and then too.

Well I'm sorry pal, but real life isnt like that. In the real world you have to take responsibility and do things for yourself. People arent always going to be there to cater to your every whim.

I suggest you unclamp your lips from mummys tit, pick up the phone and ask seetickets for an update, then write your findings here.

For once in your life stop TAKING and start GIVING.

Sheesh.
