Sums up this years line up tbh. Dizzee Rascal playing second headliner on the Pyramid Stage is not good news. He hasn't earnt that slot yet. Not IMO anyway.
Poor move Eavis, very poor move.

yeah, bit of a poor show. dunno what's worse, that or the scissor sisters. perfectly reasonable pyramid acts, but not that high up.

god this is getting boring. Remember people they are not planning the whole line up around you.
I am over the moon with dizzee rascal and scissor sisters including their slot.
Could not give a damn about U2 in fact I hate them and loads of other acts, but I am not bitching on about if they should play.
These words have been said before :
if you don't like it go somewhere else there is plenty of stuff to do.

I'm allowed to complain if I see fit to do so.

I think it's terrible news. Truly shocking. It's up there with the atrocities in Rwanda, the Beslan school siege, the Vietnam war and Mark McGhee keeping Steve Bull and Robbie Keane on the bench for the FA Cup Semi Final against Arsenal in 1998.
Certainly worthy of yet another thread.

It is terrible!! No way a 2nd headliner.
Shouldnt even be on the Pyramid stage.

He's Pyramid Stage worthy, just not second headliner. I don't know why he's that far up

I'm not a fan of his, but I saw a bit of his set last year, and he went down as well, if not better than most acts.. the crowd loved him...
so why shouldn't he be on the bill where he is....?

A lot of people thought that he was going to be an Other Stage Headliner, and I don't think too many people would have had a problem with that. I'd put the Pyramid support slot and the Other Stage headline slot on about a par with one another. I think its just about right for him

Its happend get over it, at first i was bit like Ohhh, but its starting to make sense to me and I can where they are coming from with having these two sub headline. Especially Scissor Sisters before Muse.

he was brilliant last year
i went along as my missis wnated to see him and was taken in by what a complete showman he is.
he's arguably one of the biggest acts in the uk at the moment and on those 2 facts alone, totally deserves his spot.
bonkers will be, well, bonkers!!
having said that, i'll be elsewhere

I know!! What the hell like? He so should be headlining!! Come on give a guy a chance Mr Evais!! U2 have had their day, (soooooooo 20 year ago!) let them play behind Dizze instead..........

What is the reason? Please explain.
I'm still baffled at the slots both Dizney & Scissor Sisters have been given. I'm not angry, just a bit like wtf

Don't get me wrong, I love Dizzee. I've seen him twice and he was really good, I just don't think he justifies such a high slot on the Pyramid Stage
