hi all
got a quick question that i hope someone can answer... we are planning to get a lift into glastonbury town itself from a friend who lives in street and then get the bus from the glastonbury up to the festival site. Has anyone else done this before, is the bus up there free and how busy does glastonbury itself normally get on the wednesday or would it just be easer to get a lift to the site itself?
thanks in advance

I never used the bus service myself but have driven through street to the site and tbh you might as well get your friend to drop you at the drop off point.

I walked from shepton mallet last year. Proper nacked but my mates had already set my stuff up.
f**king exciting journey, followed the traffic with some tins
some people in a mini van gave me a lift a bit of the way and walking over the top of the hill was f**king jaw dropping!
