Just had a flyer from my local venue (Lincoln Engine Shed) saying
In preparation for Glastonbury, Jamie T & The
Pacemakers will be playing a couple of UK shows.
Jamie recently finished a sold-out UK tour that included two sold out shows
at the O2 Brixton Academy and will be eager to return to the live stage in
June for two exclusive tour dates.
Tickets are £16.50 and are on sale Friday 9th April @ 9am
I'm not that interested myself but thought i'd share the news

If this is true, its a nice addition to the line up. If not, then I'm not going to be too bothered tbh.

Hope this is true, Seen Jamie a couple a times at Glasto and always enjoy, tho I hope he's not on too late, in 08 missed the start of Cems on the other stage, all my friends went off to cems n I said I would meet up with them, but no chance in the dark when a big crowd are all a raving
Love Jamie, but hoping for a mid afternoon slot one, else I may not get to see him this year.

He puts on a good show but as I've seen him a few times I'd only go and see him at Glastonbury if there was nothing else on at the time

Awesome, caught the end of his set at Reading last year and thought it wasn't bad. Hopefully this is true.

Having a warm up show...doesn't that usually mean an artist is playing an important slot? if he needs to prepare must be!
Park headliner?

I'd be really interested in catching him. He'll probably play the Other stage I think, 7 o'clock-ish on the Saturday maybe?

Great news, Jamie T is really good live, imagine he will be 2nd to top of Other
Quite suprised he needs a warm up show however as he has been touring pretty much since last Autumn

First album was very poor, I quite like the second one, the two singles from it are particularly good.
Will probably be subject to a major clash so although I would otherwise give him a shot, probably won't see him.

Pleased with that. Missed him previously due to clashes. Will make sure I see him this time. Watched him at Reading last year and he was very good.

I hope not, Jamie sounds best in a tent of some kind, the acoustics on the other stage are very temperamental to wind, n due to the large amount of acoustic action he has, I would be looking at the JP.Stage. But still have fingers crossed for 7pm kickoff, as I dont think he'd play lower. Now if Plan B was slot before on JP. Then I would be there for both. Defo'd.
