I began to get the shakes whilst it was down. Felt very cut off and isolated. Actually, TBH that's the first time I've experienced it being down when I've tried to get in for some years (apart from T-Day anyway). What's that - 99.98% uptime Neil? Can't remember what it said on my SLA . . .
