OK so I am a Glastonbury obsessive who, due to work, thought he couldnt go this year.

Now it seems like there's a small window open and so I'm rounding up a few people who might be interested..

However the resale is on Sunday and registration doesnt reopen till Monday!

Does this mean there'll be another resale after Sunday?

I'm afraid you've missed Glastonbury 2010, the resale for this years tickets ended at the end of march, sorry Dude.

The reg that opens on Monday will be for the next few years. IF you're already registered from last year  you may be able to buy a ticket in the resale depending on the options you chose while registering

Nope, there is definitely a resale this Sunday for those who have already registered and registration definitely reopens on Monday, all according to the official site.

i would imagine that there will be 1 more tiny re-sale in may, after the last cut-off date for cancellations, which is may 7th

good luck, but those tickets will be like rocking horse shit!!

How can there be cancellations on this round of tickets when the deposits system wasn't used, therefore you either buy one or you don't?

theres been the re-sale, and then the re-re-sale in years gone past. dont think it will be different this year!

I thought the registration numbers from previous years were still valid, can you not use them instead?

What Tugger said....I got a ticket for the missus last year in May, well after the festival had sold out since as it turned out she was able to get out of what she was doing after all...Cancelled tickets and unused crew/hospitality tickets have been sold unannounced in May every year I can remember....This year, given that Neil has suggested that they are rounding up unused crew and hospitality tickets early would probably mean that in May, we're talking about a handful (they were on sale for at least a day or two last year)...I'd imagine an hour or two unnanounced this year.

The main resale is this sunday (11th April 2010). Registration for this resale is already closed, so if you're not registered, you cannot buy tickets this sunday.

All ticket holders have up to May the 6th I believe to return their tickets for a refund if they find they cannot now go. This is offered as there is no way to transfer a ticket to another attendee. After May 7th, if you cannot go you forfeit the money you paid for your ticket.

It is therefore likely that there will be a much smaller resale of tickets after this early May refund cutoff, although from reading around the forums a bunch of users claim that these last couple of refunded tickets don't all get put out for sale at once - they come out in dribs and drabs as they become available. Apparently the best tactic is just to keep trying the see tickets glastonbury hotline once this Sunday's ticket resale has finished.

Note though that you'll have to be registered to purchase tickets!
