Last year I recall someone making an amazing PDF of times expected, like a few months before it was official

Official times will be up on the Reading site a day or two before the festival starts.

If you're cheap you can go on the officail site and write down the times, but it's much easier to spend the £7 for a necklace thing.

To be honest it's best not to try and plan your whole weekend too meticulously. You're better off just picking a few bands that you'll definitely see each day, then just seeing where you end up and checking the timetables when you're actually there. Otherwise you'll probably end up disappointed if you set your heart on seeing a band and don't, plus some of the best acts you'll see are bands you never planned on going to see.

Someone will make a nice colour-coded clashfinder neared the time. Print it out and laminate it. Job done.
