much prefer my tin of big breakfast, toast and a chopped up smokie to keep me going most of the day.

Tinned fruit isn't healthy! You'd be better off taking a bunch of bananas and a loaf of bread (pre buttered) and getting something vaguely filling into you before you start the day. Otherwise that first Brothers will floor you!!!

Fresh bread and fruit goes off though, especially if they're stored in a hot tent - ugh!

tinned fruit is just nice and easy for when i wake up or as a snack if I'm in the tent and I love pineapple from a tin
