Being tall AND fat is even better:

1. Poke all you want..you'll lose a finger or it'll just bounce back at you.

2. Be polite - if so, happy to move. If not, good luck squeezing past! You may have to walk a while to get round me :P.

3. If you're really short and persistantly annoying, I may view you as a snack.

6'5" myself and I'm all too happy to let someone shorter in front of me as long as they ask nicely. Last year at Leeds I waited at rail all day for Radiohead (that weekend's sole redeeming feature, horrible festy) and some guy had the nerve to tell me to 'move my f*cking tall bonce'. Didn't get that at all at glastonbury, which is a testament to how lovely most of you are  :P

I am 6ft 5.
I have never been moaned at all at Glastonbury, although I do feel paranoid about it and most of the time I dont tend to stand straight (usually leaning or being propped up by my girlfriend).

if people are polite and ask me to move, I will if I can especially if they are say under 5ft 5. but if its someone nearer to 6ft then I dont see the problem,  surely someone who is 5ft will have the same problem with some say 5ft 7.

equally on the opposite side of the argument, I have just as much as a problem with people who decided to sit on the chairs in the middle of a massive crowd and refuse to move.
i'm 6ft 5 and last year some cockney scruffs had a go at me while the specials where on, f**king rudeboys nearly got a slap too

i dont give a shit if your short or if im tall, if anyone ever gives me static aboutit i shut them up immediately... 10 years of going to gigs and having f**king dwarfs talk shit really has put me over the edge....

that being said, that was the only time i got shit at glasto last year because of my height, and i was front row for many other gigs there.

All this bull crap on here, you know that you long buggers are just being tall deliberately, just stop it, it's not big and it's not clever.... ok it is big but you see what I mean.

Some TRUE stats;

56% of poodle botherers are tall
73% of conservative voters are tall
91 % of Bryan Adams fans are tall
And, 100% of people standing in front of me at gigs are tall

Is this who you want to be assosiated with?

Reasonable height, its not difficult, just do it.

I'm tall but some of my friends are frankly, tiny.  I let them stand infront of me, not that it usually makes much difference.  What is the big deal with seeing everything?  The only way that is going to happen, assumming that your not just selfilshly looking after no 1 and your concern extends to other smaller folk, is for Mr Eavis to install theatre style seating. How much fun would that be?  Alternatively you could stay at home and watch it on telly, fantastic views of the stage.  Now there's a point, all the people who get annoyed about not seeing, do you think you get the same view as on telly?

I am 6ft 5in and have never had any trouble at Glasto. I only get problems in stadium or arena gigs and get the usual 'bloody hell i'm stuck behind the giant'.

If I have been stood in the same spot for a while then it's people's choice if they stand behind me.
