Has anyone come across this problem before, I am trying to buy an earlybird ticket for the Electric Picnic, but everytime I go onto tickemaster and select look for tickets, it brings to an electric picnic page but no info on tickets. People are saying in the EP forum that there is still earlybird tickets left. So I posted in the Electric Picnic forum my problem, and someone got back to me with a screenshot of their ticketmaster page, whereas they had the info missing from my page which allowed you to make a transaction and secure a ticket.
I just dont understand why it is not working for me, I suppose my computer is 4 years old and I use Windows XP. Why this issue though with ticketmaster, mine is defaulted as tickemaster.ie, but Im living in Scotland. Surely someone living in the UK can buy a ticket for a festival in Ireland, I dont get it.

Blank page - no ticket, fumbling about blankness to find the payment confirm button, but does not seem to find it. Whaddaf**k is going on, why do I not have a NORMAL! ticketmaster page showing the BUY TICKET DETAILS! Have been googling this, bugger all on it, why, why , why ,why, why, why, why, why, why am I having this problem

Any chance you could try another PC? I just got it to work.

Yeh I have come across two people who can receive the relevant info, but mine still comes up blank. I have emailed Mozilla Firefox and Ticketmaster with this problem, as there shouldnt be a problem, it should be a clear cut case of buying the ticket, but how can you buy nothing when nothing is there.

Thanks for advice, managed to secure a ticket through my flatmates PC, but really strange how a blank page shows, out of curiosity I searched for RockNess tickets, the same carry on - a blank page.
I emailed ticketmaster about the Electric Picnic tickets and that I was receiving a blank page. They emailed me back saying the earlybird tickets were sold out, yet I just bought one there, they dont seem to care that there is software issues with using their website.
