damn that's a bit of alright, no money for a trip to japan though lol. Lets just hope the organisers don't think "nickelback, that'll sell some tickets", since they don't seem to know their arse from their elbow.

Smashing Pumpkins look possible for Sonisphere I guess then, would be good sub-headliners to Maiden (Even if it is just Corgan now). This adds a wee bit more weight to the slash rumours/possibilities as well.

Azzy G, on Mar 15 2010, 08:49 PM, said:i'd love both them and the offspring to play, guess it depends on whether either band can accept their stock has fallen to take a lower slot (i love pumpkins, but my mate went to the arena show in manc and said it was half full, and offspring were playing academy's last year).probably not likely, but i would love to see them again, brilliant closing to reading a few years back
Looking at the poster though it's hard to tell if motley crue and iggy are 2nd to last/ 2nd stage headliners or if there's potentially three big names still to come.

Looking at last years line up btw Linkin Park, Nine Inch Nails & Limp Bizkit played this festival, so lets hope the same happens again this year!
