Also posted on the reading website with the tagline "The only place to be and be seen this summer" to me that just suggests they know there line up isnt strong but its "cool" to be there and that they think they can sell out on the basis alone lol

Sort of telling us what we all knew, but I guess it means a step closer to the new website and of course the line-up. Looking forward to the announcement now.

About time they released some info. But can it be any more half arsed? A date and time... what about ticket prices, max tickets per order, offical sellers, new website, I could go on

And the statements are just laughable "...are you ready?" and the only place to be seen nonsense
What is this T4 on the beach?

So does that mean that tickets go on sale at 6.45 on the monday, at the same time the line up will be announced... Or does it just mean that tickets will be on sale on the monday?

(or am i just being stupid?)

No, no, no!

It's much more cooller than that.

It's hip, it's hop, its happening!

Haha, what is there target audience? I thought they were trying to go back to the roots for the festival. Why try to sell something as cool.

In fact I think its all a ploy, to be honest, to try and deter these types of people, because its obviouly not cool to be told what cool is. Maybe its a double bluff.........

i'd rather they told us the line-up at 6:45 tickets on sale at 7, at least give us a clue what we are letting ourselves in for

So effectively the people that didn't buy from the pre-sale and said they'll wait for the lineup are in no better position.

I always thought announcement 6.45 tickets at 7, wouldn't that make more sense?

Radio 1 sometimes announce a few bands during the day, jo wiley had told listeners about monkeys? during her afternoon session. NME website "leaked" the line-up a few hours before zane in a picture form but people got confused because there were bands on there that people weren't expecting like bloc party. Some people reported it was bands that have played in prev years a sort of history of reading and leeds.

Didn't that punk webiste/forum have the actually poster on the morning or sometime during the day of the announcment last year?

Does anyone know how many tickets it is per card this year? I heard it might be down to 2 per card/address which would be a major f**king pain :/
